Access your online coaching account

Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll receive login details to access your personal CHPTR Online Coaching account. You’ll also be able to download the App.

Work towards sustainable change

Each week you’ll receive new insights, habits and practices to help you explore and navigate your nutrition and mindset struggles. These practices will help you to stay consistent and achieve the results you desire past the coaching programme.

Complete initial questionnaires

Complete some initial intake questionnaires. Share your goals, schedule, ability level, history, preferences, likes, and dislikes with your coach.

Check in with your coach each week

You’ll have weekly and monthly online check-ins with your coach via the online platform. This is an opportunity to reflect and share on past weeks. You’ll get support, help with accountability and assistance troubleshooting any obstacles.

What can you expect?

A fully personalised programme

You have individual goals, preferences and experiences which is why you deserve a personalised programme. You’ll have the ability to feedback on how the programme is working for you so that changes can be made throughout. There’s no cookie-cutter programming here!


Accountability reminders

You aren’t in this alone. Throughout the coaching programme you’ll receive accountability reminders for the skills and practices that form part of the coaching programme.


Online form checks

Not sure if your form is right? Feel like your stuck and not making progress on a certain lift or exercise? No problem, you can simply upload a video of yourself and get personalised feedback on your form.

 

Weekly worksheets and practices

Learn the proven skills and simple, daily practices that will help you to stay consistent and achieve the results you desire. Each week there will be different practices that cover nutrition, mindset and habit formation. CHPTR takes an evidence-based approach for sustainable change, with all aspects of the programme being backed by research.


Unlimited online support

Outside of the weekly and monthly check-ins, you’ll have unlimited access to your coach via the online platform, who will be available 6 days a week. You’ll be able to send messages and submit pictures and videos for feedback. Plus you’re conversations will all be in one place thanks to the in-app messaging.


Flexibility, compassion and understanding coaching

CHPTR is not about ‘no pain, no gain’ or ‘no excuses’. We understand that real life happens, and that’s OK. CHPTR Online Coaching is about progress, not perfection and finding the best compromises to help you reach your goals, whilst keeping self-care a priority. CHPTR’s priority is to make sustainable change, in real-life settings.

Integrated online platform

CHPTR Online Coaching is delivered on one easy to use platform, making it easy to message your coach, keep on top of you workouts, complete your weekly practices and monitor progress. You’ll also be able to download the App so that you can gain access to your workouts whilst on the move.


Exercise demonstration videos

Whether you’re trying an exercise for the first time, or you just need a reminder on how to do it, your programme will come with exercise demonstration videos and simple to follow instructions.


Group support (optional)

You’ll have the option to connect with others who are also taking part in CHPTR Online Coaching. This peer support will bring you together with people so that you can support each other, share experiences and swap ideas.

FAQs

I’m a complete beginner, is CHPTR Online Coaching still right for me?

Absolutely! There are no prerequisites when it comes to joining this programme. All we ask is that you’re open and willing to engaging in the workouts and worksheets each week.


I’m pregnant, is CHPTR Coaching right for me?

Congrats on wanting to be active whilst pregnant! This is great for both you and the baby. However, whilst there are many aspects of CHPTR Coaching that would be highly relevant to you, because you are pregnant you need and deserve some additional specialisations to keep you and your baby healthy. We hope to have our pre and post-natal programme up and running soon.

I’ve tried every diet going, how is this any different?

CHPTR Online Coaching is not a diet! There are no food plans and there are no ‘off limits’ foods. This programme is about breaking away from the diet mentality and learning how to trust your body to tell you what it needs. Our work is focused on mindful based decision making, taking you away from the all of nothing food mindset that is often seen after years of following diet plans. By the end of the coaching programme you’ll have the skills you need to implement sustainable, long-term change and know how to navigate food and exercise choices without a coach!


I have recently given birth, is CHPTR Coaching right for me?

I don’t have access to a gym, is this a problem?

Not at all. Whether you have dumbbells, resistance bands or nothing at all, the workout programmes are completely customised. and will take into consideration the equipment you have access to. We’ll also help guide you to set realistic expectations in align with the equipment you have available.


I don’t live in the UK, can I still take part?

Due to the coaching being a fully online programme, it doesn’t matter where your located or what time zone you live in, you just need access to the internet.
