Pre and Post-Natal Personal Training

Pregnancy, and the months that follow, is a period of rapid physical and emotional change.

Whether the news of your pregnancy has inspired you to get fit for the first time, or you’re a long-term gym-goer who’s looking for guidance on what adaptations you should make to your current programme, CHPTR Pre and Post-Natal Personal Training is for you.

Our Personal Trainer and Head Coach, Amanda Burzio, is new to parenthood and exercised throughout their pregnancy. As a result, they understand first-hand the desire to be fit, healthy and strong during pregnancy whilst also navigating some of the more challenging pregnancy signals such as morning sickness, fatigue and aches and pains.

Amanda has specialist qualifications in adapting exercise for pre and post-natal people, and has also completed an in-depth Pre and Postnatal Coaching Certification covering pre- and postnatal-specific psychology, anatomy, physiology and nutrition, as well as the birth process and postpartum recovery & rehabilitation.

CHPTR Pre and Post Natal Personal Training is a service which is completely bespoke to you as a pregnant individual, keeping you and your pregnancy at the core of all decisions. We take into consideration how you’re feeling day by day and week by week, what stage of your pregnancy or postpartum recovery you’re at, and focus on strengthening areas that support the physical changes of pregnancy and beyond.

There is an overwhelming body of research that supports exercise and movement during pregnancy, and we are here to support you in that journey no matter what your starting point is.

We offer indoor, outdoor and online Personal Training session, so no matter what your schedule or location, we can support your fitness needs during one of the most important chapters of your life.
