In-Person Training
Indoor Personal Training sessions are available at the CHPTR Studio based in North London. Our private studio is ideal for 1:1 or 2:1 training sessions.
Outdoor Personal Training sessions are available around the North London area, on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.

Online Training
We offer 8, 12 and 16 week online Personal Training programmes, designed specifically around your schedule, goals and the equipment you have available to you. Online training is a great option for anyone looking for a structured programmes specifically geared towards achieving their goals, but who is confident working out without a Personal Trainer. We offer an online consultation beforehand plus progress checks at specific points in your programme to ensure you’re on track for hitting your goals.

CHPTR Online Coaching Programme
A specially designed online coaching programme that focuses on building the skills for long-term sustainable change and breaking away from the cycle of dieting. This programme provides weekly workouts to match your preferences, alongside weekly practices and worksheets focused on nutrition, habit formation and lifestyle choices.
